Important
Where the numbers come from
Carb values are typical published figures for common foods, per 100 g and per usual serve. Brands vary a lot — edit any food, or add your own from the packet, and yours is used from then on.
Trend projection is straight arithmetic: the rate band your sensor's arrow represents, multiplied by your projection window. A flat arrow projects no change. It assumes nothing else changes, which is rarely true, so treat it as a rough heading, not a forecast.
In-range percentage counts only the readings you entered here, so it is not the same as your sensor's own time-in-range, which samples continuously.
